Support Worker – Mother and Baby

£16.00 per hour | £192.00 per day | £640.00 per week | £2,771 per month (Based on only 37.5 hours)

This company is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join their established mother and baby residential setting in the Chelmsford area. The role focuses on safeguarding, emotional support, and encouraging parenting development within a safe and structured environment.
Key requirements:
- Previous experience in a support worker, youth work, or care setting is preferred
- Resilient and empathetic, with a strong commitment to helping vulnerable young people
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends and night shifts when required
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
